This was a landmark day in Hortolova, attended by the region’s Governor, officials from the Bryansk Department of Education – and some very happy children!
In 2004 this new building was opened in Hortolova. As well as new and more homely bedrooms for the girls, it also incorporated large recreational rooms and a hairdressing salon!
